L.E.A.N. Start

The L.E.A.N. Start program was developed by pediatrician Dr. William Sears with input from other experts in children's health and wellness. L.E.A.N. stands for lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition. These components are the keys to optimal health no matter what your age or stage of life.

L.E.A.N. Workshops are fun and interactive and provide you with the tools you need to begin or continue your family's health and wellness journey. A healthy snack along with the recipe is provided at each L.E.A.N. Essentials and L.E.A.N. Start Workshop.
